Refund policy
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns on used candles that have been burned, as these are considered final sale.
If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
Upon review, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days following processing.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders may already be in production and cannot be modified.
